Route 1620 East Capitol Expressway to Satellite HealthClear Dialysis Center. RP reporting a fire at the building, attempting to get patients out of the building. Reports of a patient that started a fire in the trash can, which lit up an oxygen tank. Staff was able to extinguish the fire, but still a lot of smoke.
