1733, units in 17 and citywide, we're getting an assault in progress at 3751 North Whipple, 3751 North Whipple. Caller states a male began confronting him about dog poop in a city garbage can. Began following him, became aggressive and started threatening the caller. Started using racial slurs. I have no further. 70th district zone, radio clear.
