Complainant is James Palopa, the manager, advising there is a biracial male wearing a brown shirt and tan pants in the parking lot. He's attempting to steal the AC. Correction, he attempted to steal the AC unit last week. Complainant would like to put him on AOS at 2586 Poplar Avenue at Rockhouse Live Midtown. 543.
