And wondering if this is the same caller. We got Ms. Mitchell calling from the staff over at Olive Branch, 6310 South Claremont. Caller reporting a member by the name of America Collins who sprayed pepper spray on the basement floor of the homeless shelter. She needs to be escorted out, wearing a red t-shirt and blue sweats. Is this the same one they called about before?
