1 and 2. 1553 West River and North, a thief's stand at Sitna's. Caller's an employee in a third-party call. States in the parking lot there was a male and a female arguing. When employees went outside, there was only the male on the driver's side, who did not want to be seen. In a white van with a Virginia tag number, 2668. Break. Last seen going northbound on West River. Driver's possibly a Chinese male. And the employees believe that.
