Check person around Grace Coffee, 1824 Parmiter Street. Male, White-wearing, white wash denim shorts, white tank top, dark brown hair with a mustache. Early to late 20s. Was swearing at people outside, facing up and down. Possibly 96 issues. Last seen walking northbound towards Culver's. Kind of matches the description from yesterday. We're unable to locate.
