Ocean 3. 1 Sam 3. Ohio Avenue South and East Marginal Way South. The caller interrupted two males stealing copper wire. He then confronted them and got into an argument. The suspects are associated with a silver Kia Sportage as well as a white Chevy Silverado pickup. After the caller yelled at them, the suspects threatened the caller and they are trying to jump the Kia, but appears it's not drivable. The last known location is the west side of the parking garage facing northbound on Ohio at East Marginal Way South.
