I wonder if she's talking or if she just saw one of these. Did she say it looked like a homeless guy or just one of these guys that's older working in the gardens over here that have a knife cutting or pruning? He said he was older, male, white, probably, uh, he has four years or so, but she didn't make it seem like he worked here. You see these by the fountain going crazy?

I was taking a lap around first before I went to talk to her. I can see a guy by the fountain, but he's in all black, and he's flailing around. But it's definitely just, there's no knife in his hand. EMP.

She said that, I called her and she said he's got on hiking boots, khaki pants, I think a black shirt, or maybe that's flip-flopped. She said he had a kitchen knife and he was holding it in his hand, but behind his back, just walking through the park. Not doing anything with it other than that so far. Alright.
