South End holding a suspicious vehicle in the area of McCleary and Pentcamp, 2727 South Pennsylvania Ave. It's going to be for a silver Chrysler 300, plate Frank Adam Victor 7623. Last seen going up Alpha towards Penn. The windshield was cracked and caller said there was blood on it. It was parked in the middle of the roadway. Caller said they were stocking them. They did speed off. Caller's no longer on scene. They're at work. And it's clear holding a 802.
