Need unit 13, a unit in 15 with 7131, Northwest 27th Avenue and 11th Street. Northwest 27th Avenue and 11th Street. The emergency just occurred. It's going to be for a black BMW that's abandoned in the middle of the road on 11th Street. The complainant advised the driver jumped out of the vehicle and got into a black Dodge Durango last seen headed northbound from the QTH. We received an additional call reference three subjects that exited the vehicle and ran away. The vehicle remains parked with its lights on. We'll be right back.
