Looking at the bus and car how they are positioned it appears the bus turned into the path of the other vehicle
This is a special intersection where everyone but the bus has to stop. Everyone going south on Warsaw has the automatic right-of-way. Anyone going north on Warsaw or coming from Wilder has to stop. That means the bus would have the right-of-way but the other person didn't yield or turned thinking the bus had to stop.
I hope this is not another fatal
