Attention all district 4 units, information on a bird rage incident that occurred, Freeport and Florin. Complainant was being followed eastbound on Florin. A male said he had a gun, said he would shoot the complainant. No gun was seen. Male was driving a silver Toyota or Honda, four-door sedan with a black hood, unknown plate. Driver, male, Hispanic, 20s, with combed forward hair, wearing a white shirt, black shorts. Vehicle made a U-turn, unknown direction of travel, information only. Facts be clear, 23-21.
