It's going on a high rate of speed and crash, and currently vehicles on fire at Sierra Chavez and Florida. No description of the subject. It's running southbound Florida and westbound Teresita. Information only on the CAD 3659. And

Going to need a 916 from the aviation under CAD 3659. A vehicle at a high rate of speed and then crashed at Cesar Chavez in Florida. The driver ran off. They're in the area searching, possibly in Presidio Park. There's no description of the driver who took off. Northern 3, A 240.
