Taraval 1 car, information only. 916 19th and Ortega. In the northbound direction, a vehicle was driving recklessly and swerving in between the lanes. Drivers looked like they were nodding off at the wheel. It's a silver Acura sedan, license plate 6 Tom Paul Edward 728. Driver's an Asian male, late 40s to 50s, medium-length hair.
