37. Miscellaneous trouble at Piccadilly, 10165 West Cold Spring Road. Caller is in apartment 202. He stated that there was a black sedan that was speeding around the parking lot. He then confronted them, and the male black driver started to yell at him and had threatened to shoot him. There are no weapons seen, but the male black driver is now attempting to get inside of the building.
