I'm checking hazard. Suspect in the area of 10th and Pacific, near Amtrak. Caller says a white male, mid-40s, yellow plaid shirt, blue jeans, is standing along the tracks. Says a train is coming soon. He is refusing to leave. Unknown weapons, drinking or drugs. She advised she is with staff. I'm going to give her a call back, see if she can get traffic to stop. 3B53.
