We have reports of one victim that was stabbed on the neck. Once again, one victim that was stabbed on the neck. PD's also en route. Proceeding units are EMS 6, Engine 6, Ladder 3 on rescue. Medics are notified. Time is 2345, dispatch is 2541, reporting on EMS.
