Metro, Engine 35. Engine 35. Metro, this appears to be a disabled vehicle only. There is no fire. However, the driver of the vehicle is unable to get a tow truck because he's communicating to it and is blocking traffic. If PD can have a tow truck come to the intersection of Nobel Drive and La Jolla Village.
