portage theft complaint. 22. 5426 Central Avenue, 5426 Central. Caller received a ring notification approximately 20 minutes ago, showing a male and female subject stealing a duck decoration from the front porch. The subjects were on foot. Caller believes they live nearby. Caller is currently en route two minutes away from the residence. Drives a gray Buick Enclave.
