Units in the area of Grandview and Bertha Street. Had a caller called in for a welfare check. Said there was a female in the back of the motorcycle near this intersection. Looked like she was about to fall off and was incoherent or unconscious. I just have a White female in the description and a male driver. Caller said it looked like a Harley and passed by, no complainant.
