Units, 641 and 654. 641. 654. Traffic complaint was an 85, 157 Parkside Ave. 157 Parkside, cross of Onondaga Ave and Onondaga Park Drive. Emily Needle is the caller. Two individuals driving up and down Parkside on four-wheelers at high rates of speed. Incident occurred approximately 1900 hours. She has video of it. We have multiple further calls all around the same time.
