Charles 39, animal complaint. Charles 39. 9131 Heather Drive, 9131 Heather Drive, for a raccoon that was screeching, running up and down the street. It was loud enough to hear from inside the residence. The reportee's husband, reportee's husband went outside to see what was screaming in it.
