Raking response for a priority 3 traffic hazard in the 21B at Bell and Elmirage. 10-4, 4 Adam 21. 3 Tom 21, it's for a traffic hazard in the 21B, Elmirage and Bell, Bell and Elmirage. Caller is reporting east of the listed in the westbound lanes, there was a gray passenger car with no hazard lights on and no one seen around the vehicle. It's partially blocking the far right lane. Caller described the vehicle as being on the bridge between Coyola and Elmirage. A car can't be seen on the camera.
