Older male, black, bandana, jeans, with two kids, 809, long hair, disabled, at registered, told informant that the kids were running. When informant asked from what he stated from CPS, they think I'm abusing my kids, stated from, told they were from Lancaster, told they were going to the Hyatt. Unknown.
