Can you respond to the Yellow Church on Hamilton Street? RP called in advising there was a male party above the church with his shirt off, rubbing himself inappropriately. He drove by a couple times and saw him, and his younger son also saw him. He would like officers to respond. 2 Free, I missed that. Did you say there was a naked guy on top of the Yellow Church on Main and Hamilton? Male party didn't have a shirt on.
