This is going to be West 42nd Place and Carlisle Avenue. Caller, Rachel, called and advised that there are teenagers walking around checking vehicles. States that it's three males, three white males and one black male. And the black male is wearing a red hat and the white males are wearing gray and whitish hoodies. State that they were last seen walking towards Carlisle. Now, chat is going to be zero.
