555 South Scatterfield Road, Speedway for trouble with. Caller's advising African-American male, the black toboggan, gray hoodie and black shorts, was in there, had been there for 20 minutes, doing nothing. Advised he pulled an ink pen out and told the caller not to worry about what he was doing. Left on foot, northbound on Scatterfield.
