Attention all E zone 2 units, control is a report of a reckless driver in the area of 198 Lower Road in Constantia, between West Road and Doris Park Drive. Complainant is reporting that a page bearing a black Audi A6 is driving past her residence. Approximately 60 miles an hour. Almost hit her daughter's. Control clear, 2028.
