Suspect's going to be early to mid-20s, male, Hispanic, white shirt, black pants, no weapons. Looks like they're attacking an unhealthy male. Advise the victim was on the ground. Looks like CP's husband and another neighbor are holding the suspect now. There's a unit to back Charlie 35.
