All units be advised, we've got an unknown problem occurring at 9900 Ward Street. 9900 Ward Street, unknown problem. Caller says there's two dogs chained up. Caller says it's going to be a blue pit and a brindle cane corso. They're going to be super nice dogs apparently here. Male inside the house keeps coming outside, beating him and going back inside the house. He has a buzz haircut with a goatee, black male. Caller says there's no food or water for the dogs outside either. Looks to be in a abandoned house.
