10-4, receiving a signal 48, 8501 Northwest 53rd Court. It's a four-hour time delay. Advise that the door at the house has been open for four hours, and a black car just parked sideways on the grass. Caller said he went over and yelled and started at the home, but no one answered. Units at 10-6.
