1141, 1145, I'm sending down a hit-and-run, no injury at Stemmers Run Road and Eastern Boulevard. Stemmers Run and Eastern Boulevard. The female caller says a possibly drunk subject hit the caller's car at a red light when trying to merge. The suspect's car is a black Toyota sedan. Nothing further. He's, um, DOT is the Super 8.
