Last seen 15 minutes ago, a vehicle was swerving in and out of lanes and almost hit the complainant's vehicle. The only advised was a dark-colored Bentley sedan convertible. Gave a tag of Charlie uniform, 47, golf whiskey. Driver's a white male in his 80s to 100s, medium-build, wearing dark clothing.
