776, 786. Suspicious person, 1472 South Tresden at the McDonald's. Have Sergeant Curtis, National Guard advise male, Black, white tank top, navy shorts, white socks, was panhandling, walked up to a Nissan Altima, opened the door and took items out of it. The subject walked off and went to the Family Dollar. Complainant advised he's going over to the Family Dollar across the street from this location. 10-4.
