Going to be at 3855, correction, 3859 Washington Ave. 3859 Washington Avenue. Complainant advising of a male that took the juvenile's scooter and is refusing to give it back. Also threatened to seek their dog on him. Advising the subject took the scooter in the house and is threatening, correction, and attempted to make the dog chase them. But then brought the dog back inside of the key cage at 1852.
