1. I got a mental health disturbance, 5153 West Chicago, 5153 West Chicago at the McDonald's drive-thru. Caller says that there's a male, Black, with a yellow shirt, blue jeans, shorts, yellow socks, panhandling in the drive-thru. Caller says they appear to have a mental illness, no weapons seen.
