9. Portage 9, go ahead. Portage 9, I have a suspicious complaint near the airport. Caller says there's a black male walking around with orange shorts, no shirt, an orange bandana, and a golf club. He was over by West Wisconsin, is now across the street heading towards the airport. Caller stated he was now heading back his direction at 2305 West Wisconsin. 10-4. I'll be 76 shortly. 10-4.
