It'll be at 1710 Newman Road. Have a white male, blue jacket, gray pants, black shoes that were stolen. He's bald with a tattoo on his neck, left on a bicycle, riding westbound towards Target. He stole clothes and shoes, concealed in the fitting room. We'd like the area checked for him and then contact.
