14-12. 14-12. Good afternoon. I'm getting a call of an animal abuse when you're up and rolling at 2933 North Milwaukee. 2933 North Milwaukee. Says a male threw two birds off the first floor of the balcony and now they're deceased on the ground. He's wearing a mask and they find that weird. I guess a whole bunch of people saw it. I'm guessing he probably thought they were going to fly away though.
