Your RP is a passerby, Brian, who's going to be standing by advising there's a WMA, 35 years, white shirt, black shorts, blue shoes, holding a white cloth, tried to swing at the RP and call them names. The RP caught his fist. The subject walked away yelling. He is last seen still in the parking lot on foot.
