Reporting advised, residents at the apartment's U-Haul is blocking 4 to 5 garages, and they're refusing to move when the leasing office asked. Reporting says a female is being evicted and not wanting to listen to staff. Courtesy officer is en route, unknown weapons, and talks to mental health advisor at this time at 1531. Clear.
