516, go ahead. 10-4, sir, be advised, I have a report of a 44 on 840 Eastbound and San Mateo. It looks like it's going to be a Forest Service employee. He had, there was a tire in the westbound lanes when he hit this vehicle on the eastside. Requesting a report. 10-4, is he off the roadway? I do believe so. 10-4. Affirmative, he is off the roadway.
