At the Raymoor and Flanagan, 1300 West McDade Boulevard, 1300 West McDade for reckless driver. The blue Kia sedan, registration Nancy Hotel Bravo 2281. They said the driver was asleep with the wheel blocking the road in the parking lot. He was left seen headed in this direction of the parking lot and caller removed and received the vehicle.
