Complainant's advising a male, Black, thin, big, correction, thin-build, blue shirt, black pants, assaulting a female Black at the bus stop. Female Black, wearing purple, no weapons seen. Complainant, the male was just striking the female victim with his fist at Poplar and North Cleveland.
