13. 14. 5100 West Baybreak Parkway. About 5 minutes ago, the complaint was dropping off a passenger and a male came up and pounded on her window. Approximately a 40 to 45-year-old Black male wearing a beige t-shirt, dark colored shorts. She last saw him near the track station. She is requesting phone contact.
