40, this started, we have an incident that started at 3511 Ringo Road at the Mr. Tire. Apparently, they replaced the tire, and the guy refused to pay him, and they jerked the valve stem off. Now, the guy is still mobile on the rim. He's at McDonald's at Lee Highway and 75. Trying to let Charlie Channel know. It's a red Dodge Challenger.
