45. 445 for a wire complaint, 802 Turtle Street between 2nd North and Grant Boulevard. Your caller states there's a low-hanging spectrum cable wire. It's low enough for vehicles to possibly hit. She says there is a National Grid truck on scene, but she doesn't know if they're addressing this wire or if they are having anything to do with it at 940.
