Special attention, 10 Delta 22. We're getting a 21 attempt just occurred. 1898 West Hillsborough Boulevard, the first bank outside. Complainant witnessed a white male, last seen wearing a black shorts, black t-shirt, attempting to pick the business lock, requesting PD. Suspect is now closer to the library, four days down from the bank. Case number 2, case number 3128.
