The fence just moved the vehicle, run into this lot. He got into a tree right under my light, came out of the tree and ran back to Imperial on the west side of this building, jumped the fence, went across to the parking lot on the south side.

 And I'll be searching for any guns in this area here. The only time I lost visual of him is when he went into this tree, came out and ran back.
