The dispatch is repeating, a double-level structure fire, St. Francis Apartments, 1024 Southeast Main. Originally a fire alarm call, two separate callers reporting smelling smoke, one on the main floor by the mail room, another possibly on the second floor. Described as light smoke. It's for Engine 4, C1, A Squad 24, Squad 1, Engine 1, Engine 21, Engine 3, Engine 15, Engine 13, Engine 23, Truck 4, Truck 1, Truck 3, C2, and C103 on Ops 3.
